Angel Maywood Tote/Pack
After gifting my mom the last Maywood tote/pack I made (pattern is by @klumhouse and they have excellent maker kits as well), I knew a replacement for myself was in short order. This round was a bit quicker to make (well, mostly, I had a couple oops moments and had to redo a bit) and I made some adjustments (more pockets inside and hacking the front to add my own handwoven panel).
The woven panel on the front pocket is from my Sunnydale series and is based on the character Angel from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. (More on the weaving here.)
The dual nature of the bag fits perfectly with the Angel/Angelus theme and I’m super stoked with how it turned out, I love the functionality and size—it’s perfect for commuting, lunch dates and hauling wooden stakes to the cemetery.
